By accessing or using the website at www.cyberrealm.biz or any services provided by Cyber Realm ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
By using our services, you also acknowledge and agree that you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Cyber Realm as part of the services you have opted into. Your consent to receive such messages is a condition of using certain features of our services.

To operate and manage our business communications and social media presence, Cyber Realm may use automated tools, scheduling systems, and third-party platform integrations, including Meta's Graph API (Facebook and Instagram), accounting platform APIs including Intuit QuickBooks Online, and other social, marketing or business platform APIs. These tools are used on accounts we own or are authorized to manage. On our own accounts, they also read the statistics each platform reports for our posts (totals such as views, likes, shares and followers, never who did them) so we can decide what to post next, as described in Section 15 of our Privacy Policy.

Message frequency varies based on the program(s) you have opted into and your interactions with our services. You may receive recurring messages. Typically, you can expect to receive between 1 and 10 messages per month, though frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send or receive. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", "CANCEL", "END", or "QUIT" to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Realm and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyber Realm regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Cyber Realm sells digital products, such as guides and automation templates, at shop.cyberrealm.biz (the "Shop"). This section applies to every Shop purchase, together with the rest of these Terms. Shop products are sold by JNR Infinite Realm LLC, doing business as Cyber Realm, 9905 S Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite A, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73159, United States.
Because your files are available right after payment and a delivered file cannot be returned, all Shop sales are final. At checkout you ask for your files right away and agree that once they are available, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, except as this section says.

Certain Cyber Realm software integrations, including the Cyber Realm integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online, are internal business tools. They are not public applications, are not offered or licensed to the public, and are not made available for outside consumers or clients to connect their own accounts to. Any license to use those integrations is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and granted solely to authorized Cyber Realm personnel for Cyber Realm's internal business purposes.
These integrations are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, and the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability sections of these Terms apply to them in full. Cyber Realm does not process data on behalf of any platform provider through these integrations. The handling of information received through them is described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of these integrations is also governed by the terms of the underlying platform provider. Nothing in these Terms grants any right that the platform provider's own terms do not permit.
